Tall Lacey Tunic

 

 

I wish this Dress came in another colour preferably Black. This Dress fitted me so well, I absolutely love it, it made me look as if I've got curves. This would be such a perfect summer dress. I love the lace material also the length of this dress is just above my knee which is perfect.

Stripe Band Back Dress

Initially I didn't think this Dress was going to look nice on me but to my surprise it fitted and suited me perfectly. I wish it came in a more plain colour such as Black or Navy. I like how it fitted around the waist. The length is perfect for my extremely long legs and best of all the styling of this dress is lovely, I like how its almost backless with an elasticated strap. This Dress is ideal for extreme humid weather as its very lightweight material.

                                                      Curve Seam Shift Dress

 

This Dress would be great for work, its a lovely colour, although I wish it was a bit longer. I do think this dress is way over priced for what it is. It's an OK dress but not a Wow Factor for me. I like the feel of it as well.

This is such a cute dress, I was surprise how nice it actually looked. I do wish it came in a different colour to suit my skin tone more. I mean white is OK but I would prefer it in a more darker colour. Saying that It would be perfect for summer as its very thin. I like how the back of the dress is longer than the front.

I wasn't really feeling this Monochrome style jumper having tried it on. I didn't like the quality of it either. It wasn't very flattering on me. It's great as its on trend but

                                                          Stripe Midi Bodycon

 

I Love Love Love this dress, I Love anything and everything Bodycon even better when its a Midi Dress. I love the quality of it and it feels so comfortable, I love how its so fitted. This Dress is great for Spring and would be cute worn with a Gilet. This stripe Monochrome Bodycon makes me look like I have curves.

                                                     Crystal Stud Tube Skirt

 

Wow Wow Wow, I've been looking for this skirt for ages and finally found it at the last chance to buy rail. I knew this skirt would be amazing even before I'd tried it on and I was right. This is a perfect Skirt for a night out, will definitely get you noticed and turn heads. It's so Fitted and Comfortable, I really like the material. I Love Love Love this skirt.

I think I've come to the conclusion that Skater Style Skirts does not suit me. It is a nice style. I love the Leather look. But it was a bit of a disappointment.

This Weeks Tall Topshop Review

I'm 6 Foot Tall and find Topshop Tall Collection to be The Best Trendy Fashion for Tall Girls like myself. This week I decided to see what Topshop had in-store and picked out few of my favourites.

                                                        LETTER PRINTED BODYCON

 

Every Tall Girl Needs a Midi Body Con, it looks amazing on Tall Girls. I love how its so fitted. This dress will definitely get you noticed. The print on it is unusual which I really liked. I give this dress

TILE TUNIC DRESS

 

The print on the Tunic Dress is so unusual, it fitted perfectly and would be amazing in the summer. I really like the feel of this dress is looks and feels like Silk although its 100% Polyester. It does look really expensive and its only £38. I love how the back of the dress is longer than the front.

PLAIN SWEAT DRESS

 

 

I had to laugh at this dress, when I tried it on I felt like I was some sort of prisoner, don't ask me why though. Its an 'Ok' Jersey dress.The quality is really good. I guess it could be ideal for lounging around at home.

DENIM TRAPEZE DRESS

 

 

This denim dress would be great with a belt or even better if it was a skater dress. Being  fitted or tighter on the waist. This would be great in the summer.

                                      CUTAWAY TANK    MATT WETLOOK LEGGINGS

 

I'd seen theses Wet look Leggings a long time ago but it didn't appeal to me. I do prefer real Leather Trousers, But when I tried theses Wet look Leggings, I instantly loved them. It made my legs looks amazing. Looked even better with my Ash Trainer Wedges. I then decided to wear it with the top shown above and instantly loved the outfit.

I ended up buying the top and the leggings and cannot wait to be rocking this look this spring.

NECK JEWELS JUMPER

 

I wish I bought this Jumper sooner. I love this Turquoise colour. In the picture above I tried on a size 14. Due to the fact that only size 14 was left on the rail. The detail on the neck line is what done it for me, it looks so high end. I love the back of this jumper its so different and unusual which I love. Even though this Jumper was a size 14 and far to big for me, it was difficult to put it on over my head. Apart from that I really like this Jumper.

                                                           LEATHER SKATER SKIRT

 

 

I was really excited when I first saw this Leather looking Skater Skirt. The quality of this skirt is very good and I like really like the pleats. I think the problem for me is that the skirt sits on the waist and I like my skirts to sit on my hips. I don't think this skirt suited me very much.

IKAT BLANKET PELMET SKIRT

 

 

This Tribal looking skirt would be great to wear on a night out. Worn with a Plain Black Cami would be Perfect.

                                     DENIM HOTPANTS AND SLEEVELESS CROP TOP

 

I decided to try on the Two Shorts from Topshop Tall Range. When I tried on the pair of shorts on the left, I initially feel in love with them. I love the edginess of theses shorts. I didn't think this was going to suit me. I'll definitely be wearing these during this years music festivals with Hunter Boots.

As for the Moto Denim Hotpant (right), it was also nice and really fitted. But I prefer the lighter Denim.

I tried them on with a Black Crop Top. Which I bought from Topshop, only £8 you can't go wrong there.

I love the Tye Dye effect on this Midi BodyCon, its unusual and great for a night out.

I ended up buying this dress at the Last Chance to Buy Rail.

PAISLEY MIDI BODYCON 

 

 

 

 

My love for Midi Bodycon goes on... This has to be one of the BEST Midi Bodycons, I cannot express how amazing this dress looks and fits. I love anything and everything  Paisley Printed. This colour really suited my complexion as well.

BLACK MIDI BODYCON

 

 

Every Tall Girl needs this in their Wardrobe. Classic Black Midi BodyCon. It's very light weight and stretchy, it fitted perfectly. This Dress would be Great (Without socks) with a Gilet or Tweed Jacket.

                                                                    FLURO CAMI

 

I don't tend to wear bright colours and I think this will be great for the summer as its lightweight. I Initially didn't think this colour Fluorescent Orange would suit my complexion as I'm dark skinned. I really liked this top and thought it goes well with this light denim jeans and possibly white skinny jeans as well.

This Cami Top will definitely make you stand out from the crowd, its only £18 you can't go wrong with that.

CUTAWAY TANK AND MOTO HIGH WAISTED JEANS 

 

 

What attracted me to this top was the colour as I previously mentioned before, I don't tend to go for bright colours, to avoid drawing attention to myself, But surprisingly it really suited my complexion. It went well with the light Blue Denim.

The only issue i have is that you can see a bit of side boob. I would have to buy a Bandeau to wear inside. Topshop calls it Red, its more of a scarlet colour. which is a shade of Red. This Cutaway Top would be great in the summer.

I really like the embellished detail on the armhole. Having tried it on, it just didn't have that 'Wow Factor' for me.

This dress wasn't nice on me, its not really flattering, I don't particularly like the Ripple effect. I didn't like how thin it was and wish it was much fitted and a bit longer. It just looked lifeless.

This is a perfect dress for a night out. I love the Gems on the front. I wished the back of the dress was more stylish though.

                                                       IKAT PRINT FLIPPY DRESS

 

I really was tempted to buy this but thought I'd wait once it starts to get warmer. Hopefully this dress will  still be available by then.

What I loved about this dress was The Ikat Print, it did hurt my eyes a bit strangely.

This is a great dress for the summer and would be worn with a little Cardigan or Bolero.

CONTRAST TEE DRESS

 

 

I had to laugh when I tried this on, it didn't do me any justice at all. I felt like an Old Women wearing it. It would be nice to wear in the summer as its light weight. But it just isn't my style.

 I love this Purple Turtle Neck Dress, Although it was such a mission to put on over my head. Next time I will try this in a size 12. Topshop calls this a Midi Bodycon, but the length of the dress stops just above my knee.

I liked the styling of this dress but didn't think it looked that great on me. Perhaps if it came in another colour such as Black, Navy or even Red it would have been more appealing.

                                                             PINAFORE PLAYSUIT

 

I tried on this Tall Pinafore Playsuit with the Black Crop Top underneath. It did look really nice on me. It would be great with a white shirt underneath. I like how the straps at the back crosses each other.

I remember early this year Topshop Made available for the main collection a Jumpsuit style Pinafore and was hoping they would have it in the Tall Section as well.

LACE COLLAR PLAYSUIT

 

 

This picture isn't very clear but this Lace Collar Playsuit is really nice. Topshop In store  didn't have my size so I had to try on a size 8 which was such a mission to put on. This playsuit would be great for a night out. I love the lace cutout on the back plus the lace detail is gorgeous. 

Apart from me trying on a size too small it still looked great.
